\nInvolve in developing Test Strategies and Test cases, smartly configuring Test Plans \nInvolvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing, and Defect/Task reporting and tracking. \nDesign and develop dynamic automation solutions that work under any conditions using any tool supported by the Organization. \nWork in deadline-driven environment/Sprint cycles and respond creatively to pressure. \nContribute to the Test design/ Documentation/ Automation script reviews. \nUtilize AI-powered development tools such as Kiro and Generative AI assistants to accelerate automation script development, maintenance, and code reviews. \nHands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, etc.) for automation development will be added advantage. \n\nBasic Qualifications:\n Education: MCA or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (preferred) or any other discipline with strong technical skills. \nExperience: 4+ years of experience in automation and manual testing across UI and API layers. \nAutomation Skills: Proficient in Selenium with Java, TestNG, Cucumber, playwright, python or Robot Framework; experience with test frameworks like POM, Hybrid, or Data-driven. \nAPI Testing: Hands-on experience with API automation and tools like Postman or Rest Assured. \nCI/CD & DevOps Tools: Exposure to Jenkins, Kubernetes, GIT, and JavaScript for integration and automation workflows. \nTest Design & Execution: Skilled in writing and executing test cases, analysing results, reporting defects, and using bug-tracking tools like Jira, Zephyr Scale, or Bugzilla. \nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities with a quick grasp of new technologies. \nSoft Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation skills, and ability to collaborate across teams. \nTeam Contribution: Ability to mentor junior testers, participate in code reviews, and actively contribute to sprint planning and scrum events. \nAdditional Advantage: Knowledge of Excel for charts/graphs and understanding of business processes and domain knowledge is a plus. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertifications in functional and technical domains. \nFamiliarity with various Business Applications and Processes will be added advantage. \nTesting knowledge on REST API / Webservices is a Plus. \nISTQB/ Any testing related Certifications. \nExperience with web concepts (HTTP, Client-Server communication, CSS, JavaScript etc.). \nAPI Automation working experience. \nStrong proficiency in Playwright with Java, Robot Framework with Python, and automation framework design \nERP functional knowledge or previous experience is preferred and will be
