utilization targets, and workforce planning objectives.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nGlobal Resource Planning & Allocation\nManage end-to-end resource allocation activities across multiple regions and business units.\nReview staffing demand and identify suitable consultants based on skills, experience, availability, location, and business requirements.\nFacilitate staffing discussions with delivery and practice leadership to ensure optimal resource deployment.\nBalance competing resource priorities while maintaining utilization and fulfillment targets.\nProactively identify redeployment opportunities for consultants approaching assignment completion.\nSupport cross-regional staffing and workforce mobility initiatives.\nWorkforce Management & Utilization\nMonitor consultant utilization, availability, and bench capacity.\nAnalyze workforce trends and recommend actions to improve utilization and resource effectiveness.\nSupport short- and medium-term capacity planning activities.\nIdentify emerging skill shortages and excess capacity areas.\nPartner with hiring teams and leadership to support workforce planning decisions.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong working relationships with global delivery leaders, practice leaders, project managers, and account stakeholders.\nServe as a trusted advisor on staffing availability and workforce planning considerations.\nFacilitate resource review meetings and staffing governance discussions.\nResolve resource conflicts through collaboration and data-driven recommendations.\nReporting & Analytics\nProduce and maintain workforce planning dashboards and reports.\nProvide insights into utilization, fulfillment performance, demand pipeline, and capacity forecasts.\nTrack resource allocation trends and staffing effectiveness metrics.\nSupport leadership reporting and workforce review sessions.\nProcess Excellence\nEnsure workforce planning data is maintained accurately within resource management systems.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Resource Management function.\nSupport the adoption of best practices, standard processes, and workforce planning governance.\nBasic Qualifications:\n5-8 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Professional Services Operations, or related functions.\nExperience supporting global delivery organizations preferred.\nStrong understanding of resource allocation, utilization management, and capacity planning.\nExperience working with resource management and workforce
