The Sales Administrator will have the ability to exercise good judgement and confidentiality in a variety of situations, with strong written, verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nArrange and manage rapidly changing and complex calendars.\nManage domestic and international travel, flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation.\nParticipate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes and monitor actions.\nEvent coordination and project management for executive(s) and customer visits.\nCoordinate divisional workshops, team events, offsites and town halls.\nProcess expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy.\nReview and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items. \nCreating and supporting production of consistent and high-quality presentations and responses\nCreating and distributing regular updates to the team on activity, training, etc.\nHelping to co-ordinate the ‘Wheel’ meetings and ensure that follow up actions are taken care of.\nHelping to manage the co-ordination of territory plans and account plans -
