# Senior Full Stack Engineer – Python, AWS & GenAI

The Senior Software Engineer is a full-stack individual contributor responsible for designing and building production-ready services and platform features for Claude Integration and Gen AI Platform Improvements. This role requires strong engineering depth, hands-on Python and front-end development, practical AWS knowledge, and the ability to design solutions from problem statements rather than only implementing pre-defined specifications. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Design and build production services and RESTful/async APIs in Python using FastAPI (or a comparable framework), plus corresponding front-end capabilities using Angular or a comparable JavaScript framework. Build and integrate platform features using AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS. Integrate with the Anthropic Claude API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) as required by platform initiatives. Contribute to AI Governance capabilities across explainability, observability, and prevention based on initiative priorities. Own feature and component design within the assigned area, including approach, trade-offs, and technical recommendations. Mentor engineers, review code, review designs,
