You will lead implementation planning, coordinate project resources, manage project plans, financials, risks and overall execution, and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule and budget.\nAs the primary point of contact for the customer, you will build strong relationships with project stakeholders, manage customer expectations and satisfaction, and support customers in achieving successful go-lives and realizing the expected benefits from their Infor solution.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nLead cloud and on-premise ERP implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning through successful go-live.\nUnderstand customer objectives and ensure project delivery remains aligned with contractual requirements defined in the Statement of Work.\nBuild and maintain project plans in collaboration with the project team, aligning project requirements with appropriate resources and competencies.\nEstablish project cost controls, allocate project budgets, and maintain oversight of project financial performance and profitability.\nCoordinate activities across customer business teams, IT teams, project stakeholders and Infor project resources.\nAssign and delegate activities to project team members while maintaining focus on quality, timelines and scope.\nMonitor project deliverables, milestones and overall progress through regular communication with customers and project teams.\nAnticipate potential disruptions and dependencies, provide progress updates, and take appropriate action to keep projects on track.\nEnsure billable projects remain on schedule and within agreed budgets.\nManage project financial activities, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliation, expenses and time approvals.\nIdentify, monitor and manage project risks and issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nMonitor compliance with agreed project procedures, guidelines and customer agreements relating to the ERP implementation.\nAct as the primary point of contact for the customer, proactively managing expectations, relationships and customer satisfaction.\nBasic Qualifications:\nProject Management experience delivering multiple software and product implementation projects, including full lifecycle ERP implementations.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex, customer-facing projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.\nStrong project planning and organizational skills.\nExperience coordinating activities and resources across multiple business and technical disciplines.\nAbility to manage customer expectations and navigate demanding customer situations effectively.\nExperience identifying and managing project risks and issues.\nSystems integration knowledge and experience.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject Management Professional (PMP®) certification or equivalent project management qualification.\nKnowledge of the relevant market or industry, including industry trends and key competitors.\nKnowledge and understanding of how enterprise ERP solutions support customer requirements and business processes.\nExperience managing project financials and profitability, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliation and project cost control.\nExperience supporting pre-sales engagements.\nExperience working within an enterprise software, ERP, Professional Services or consulting
