Knowledge or work experience in AI/ML and prior experience in a product-based company will be an added advantage.\n\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nUnderstanding customer requirements and converting them into clear technical tasks and software solutions.\nDesigning, developing, unit testing, debugging, and maintaining HRT application\nWorking with JavaScript, REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.\nCollaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to complete requirements.\nParticipating in design discussions, code reviews, defect analysis, and technical problem-solving.\nUsing Git for source-code management and Jira for work tracking and Agile delivery.\nFollowing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), coding standards, and team development processes.\nInvestigating customer-reported issues and delivering timely, reliable fixes.\nLearning new technologies and adapting to new responsibilities, tools, and ways of working.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n2-4 years of professional software development experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong programming knowledge and hands-on development experience in Java and system design concepts.\nGood knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database concepts.\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript and web application fundamentals.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, request/response flows, web services, integrations, and how distributed application components work together.\nExperience with Git for version control and Jira for issue and work tracking.\nGood understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development practices.
