The work location is Barneveld, where you will collaborate with both junior and experienced colleagues.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications. \nCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver business-critical features. \nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and using AI. \nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, and scalability. \nMentor and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code collaboration. \nStay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption. \nChampion Infor’s values of speed, innovation, and collaboration. \n\nBasic Qualifications:\nGraduated from a university of applied sciences or university. \nAnalytical skills and a clear focus on quality. \nExperience in software development, ideally within enterprise applications. \nExperience in programming languages Infor LN 4GL (or willingness to learn), Java, Eclipse plugins and AWS Kiro. \nExperience with Agile methodologies and practices. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience of enterprise security and performance tuning techniques. \nExperience with DevOps toolchains and practices. \nExperience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent. \nFluent in English;
