technical execution with business goals.\nDefine and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services.\nEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.\nEnsure high engineering quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and design standards.\nDrive adoption of reusable frameworks, shared components, and platform capabilities.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.\nFoster collaboration across globally distributed teams.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.\n8+ years of software engineering experience.\n2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience.\nStrong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.\nProven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.\nHands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.\nExperience implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices.\nHands-on experience using an AI coding tool in daily development work (e.g., Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable AI-assisted coding tool).\nBaseline AI literacy: understands how AI works and where it can go wrong, recognizes where it's useful, can direct it effectively, evaluates its outputs before relying on them, and uses it responsibly.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical design and architecture discussions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience developing AI-powered applications or GenAI-enabled solutions, including familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., Spring AI, LangChain4j) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nStrong understanding of adaptive UX and modern user experience design principles.\nExperience building reusable platforms, frameworks, and SDKs.\nExposure to automation platforms and platform engineering practices.\nExperience working with globally distributed engineering teams.\nPassion for emerging AI technologies and innovation.\nAwareness of responsible-AI concerns such as explainability, auditability, and
