Technical Solution Consultant, Principal (Senior Software Engineer profile) - Automation & AI Transformation Managed Services Engineering | Remote Office, India

We are seeking a senior engineer with deep software development experience to modernize Managed Services through scalable automation and practical AI adoption. You will design and build automation that turns manual enterprise application health checks, release validation, post-deployment verification, and operational runbooks into reliable, reusable, CI/CD-enabled engineering solutions.

You will design, code and maintain the engineering stack that makes IMS delivery across Infor ERP customer environments faster and more reliable: Playwright-based UI automation, REST API validation suites, integration services across ServiceNow and monitoring platforms, structured logging and automated evidence capture, all delivered through CI/CD. You will also build AI-enabled capabilities on IMS operational data - incident analysis, service request intelligence, repetitive task identification, and automated remediation - using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.

This is a hands-on, code-first role. It suits an engineer who has stayed close to the code and wants to own real problems at enterprise scale.
