In this role, you analyze the portfolio/regional and project health, compliance KPis and measures to improve customer outcomes. In this role, you will also manage the optimization of the business processes, data management data and reporting that support our GPS transformation in our Professional Service Automation tool Certinia.\nThis is an individual contributor role that combines business process compliance and innovation. You will partner closely with transformation leaders, regional delivery teams, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the organization to improve operational effectives and customer/project health and satisfaction.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nProviding analysis and insights for a regional portfolio of projects and supporting analysis for regional leadership, project sponsors, and project managers\nLeverage enterprise reporting and analytics technologies, including Microsoft Power BI for portfolio/regional reporting and project reporting\nLeverage enterprise AI technologies, including Microsoft CoPilot and Snowflake for portfolio/regional reporting and project insights\nManaging the program with issues and enhancements for our enterprise system for Professional Services Automation (PSA) Certinia\nProducing business analysis and presentations to communicate portfolio/regional and project health and compliance to Infor stakeholders. \nProducing business analysis, executive communications, presentations, to communicate complex data and technology concepts to both technical and business audiences. \nCollaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional technical and business teams in a global or enterprise environment.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience with project management KPIs and measurement\nExperience leading release management of enterprise systems related business initiatives such as Certinia PSA\nExperience with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms including Microsoft Power BI\nExperience with enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot\nBusiness analysis, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience.\nExperience collaborating across technical and business teams within a global, cross-functional environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nUse of Copilot, Claude, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI platforms.\nUse of Microsoft BI or similar enterprise analytics platforms.\nExperience supporting professional services, project delivery, PMO, operations, compliance, or enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably within a global organization. \nExperience with enterprise business platforms such as Certinia or comparable PSA professional services technologies.\nUse of enterprise business platforms such as Salesforce or comparable CRM/ERP/professional services technologies.\nExperience presenting data-driven recommendations to executive
