Therefore, we encourage and welcome candidates with hands on experience in Java to apply.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nManage and resolve customer support requests related to Infor Workforce Management solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.\nCollaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.\nResponsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional/technical programming specifications as required. \nConfigure, analyze, and support Workforce Management modules including Time & Attendance and Multi-View Scheduler (MVS).\nDevelop and maintain technical solutions utilizing Java, Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and Cognos reporting tools.\nPartner with internal teams across Development, R&D, Cloud Operations, and Professional Services to address complex customer challenges.\nMonitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve application stability, efficiency, and user experience.\nContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.\nBasic Qualifications:\nHands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant supporting business operations, system configurations, and technical enhancements within enterprise applications.\nTechnical experience with Java development, including application customization, troubleshooting, and technical support.\nExperience working in a customer-facing support, managed services, or application support environment.\nFull proficiency in English.\nLegal authorization to work permanently in Mexico for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience supporting, configuring, or administering Infor Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.\nHands-on functional expertise with Time & Attendance and working knowledge of Multi-View Scheduler (MVS).\nPractical experience with Java development and a willingness to learn and support technical solutions within Infor Workforce Management.\nTechnical experience with Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and/or Cognos reporting.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. \nFamiliarity with cloud-based environments, system migrations, or application modernization initiatives.\nRemote role in
