Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! \nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a talented and motivated Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead customers through Inforcer's implementation journey, ensuring a smooth and successful transition from kick-off to adoption. You will coordinate implementation activities, facilitate workshops and training sessions, support customer onboarding and enablement, and work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.\nIf this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! \nWhat you’ll be doing\nTechnical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process. Such as continuous learning opportunities, professional training programs, and career advancement paths\nInclusive Environment: A supportive and inclusive workplace that values diversity and encourages collaboration and innovation\nEmployee Recognition: Programs to recognise and reward employees for their contributions and achievements \nSkills We Need for This Role\n3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager or in a similar customer facing implementation, onboarding or project delivery role.\n\nExperience managing projects or supporting customers through a structured implementation journey, ensuring milestones, timelines, and customer goals are achieved.\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, prioritise, and drive outcomes across multiple implementations at one time.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nPrevious experience with technical implementations, particularly across Modern Workplace, M365 delivery , SaaS platforms, or similar technologies.\n\nProactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability\n\nAbility to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail\n\nDon’t quite have all of these skills?
