Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team based in Richmond. This role is focused on ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by keeping our recruitment processes organised, efficient, and accurate. You'll be responsible for interview coordination, ATS administration, candidate communication, reporting, and supporting the wider Talent team with operational and administrative activities across the UK/ US and EMEA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, problem-solving, and process improvement. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth hiring experience while supporting continued growth. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwn day-to-day ATS administration, ensuring candidate records, stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback are accurate and up to date\n\nCoordinate interviews across multiple departments and hiring managers, managing scheduling logistics for candidates and interviewers\n\nSupport candidates and applicants, ensuring a positive experience through timely communication\n\nCreate and maintain job advertisements and requisitions in line with company branding and hiring requirements\n\nSupport offer generation, onboarding administration, and pre-employment processes and paperwork\n\nMaintain strong data hygiene, ensuring clean reporting, consistent workflows, and well-documented hiring activity\n\nPrepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates for stakeholders\n\nLeverage AI and automation tools to improve talent processes, efficiency and reporting\n\nSupport Talent Partners and hiring managers with interview process administration and coordination\n\nManage recruitment inboxes, screening and prioritising applications for recruiters to reduce time to find the best candidates, and conduct first screening call where necessary\n\nSupport employer branding initiatives, careers page updates, recruitment events, and talent-related projects\n\nSupport the Director of Talent projects, workflow optimisation, process improvements, and reporting\n\nEnsure recruitment processes remain compliant, organised, and scalable as the business continues to grow\n\nWhat We Can Offer You\nSteep Learning curve: We believe people leave organisations when learning stops. We live our company values every day and reward those people who embody them.\nSkills We Need for This Role\n1+ year of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruitment Administration, Talent Acquisition, HR, or a similar people operations role\n\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation\n\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology tools\n\nUnderstanding of employment regulations and legislations across UK/ Europe/ US would be advantageous\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environments, supporting large volumes of open vacancies across multiple regions\n\nExperience producing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational processes\n\nPrevious experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity business would be advantageous\n\nSelf-starter with strong accountability and a proactive mindset\n\nPassion for creating outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences\n\ninforcer is an equal opportunity employer.
