These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.\nWe also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.\n This role is based in our Ha Phan Building office.\nAs the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering good attendance and attendees’ experience.\nWork closely and collaboratively with the Event team to plan and execute the event’s entire marketing campaign.\nBe familiar with digital marketing esp in areas of SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and Google Display Network strategies. Monitor performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.\nManagement of websites and execution of enewsletters, as well as using analytics to improve the marketing campaigns. Optimize campaign performance.\nMarket/list research to build a hygienic and healthy database.\nWork with Operations and Data Management team on the visitor registration system for its flow and effectiveness, pre-show and on-site, as well as the compilation of statistics and audits.\nConceptualise, write, design, provide copy and supervise production of marketing collaterals (both on and offline) for events. Supervise design and production to ensure brand consistency.\nDevelop and manage p= media, associations partnership. Maintain strong relationships, monitor and evaluate performance.\nPlan and make promotional trips to encourage more trade buyers to visit the events and also to encourage more cross-promotional partnership.\nConceptualise and manage onsite programmes such as but not limited to knowledge theatres and technology tours\nOnsite event management including but not limited toSupervision of survey temps to ensure quality insights are captured\nObtaining exhibitor and visitor quotes\n\nManagement of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI optimization.\n Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.\nAt least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position\nRequired Skill(s): Excellent communications skills both orally & in writing in Vietnamese and English language.\nMeticulous, self-driven with high levels of initiative, multi-task, deliver quality work within tight deadline, self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.\nKnowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).\n We work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
