This includes the day to day responsibility of coordinating the reconfirming of what the customer purchased, capturing customer soft goals to communicate to all post sales teams, collection/receipt of online media deliverables, handling all post sale changes. Candidates must be logical thinkers with good communication skills who are able to multi-task and work under pressure. This individual needs to be a team player, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.\nEssential Job Functions:\nCoordinate the receipt of online creative materials from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure creative deadlines are met for all media campaigns;\nBuild relationship with Advertisers to provide support and to fulfill campaign in order to help build a loyal customer base;\nCommunicate with the Sales, CSM, Product Ops teams about campaign status, performance and execution;\nProvide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries over the telephone and through email;\nProvide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps;\nEnsure proper revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis;\nSetting up auto-reporting and ownership of any manual client reporting deliveries;\nProcessing Campaign Changes including working with sales and clients to set proper expectations around impact and timing;\nSecuring any necessary proof of delivery and processing month end close tasks\n Qualifications\nExperience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator is a plus, but not a must;\nExcellent oral and written communication skills;\nStrong organizational skills;\nExtremely reliable - team player;\nProfessional phone skills;\nMust have the ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls and projects;\nMust be fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly;\nComputer Application literate;\nB.A. or B.S. degree required;\nProven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace; and,\nAccurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work independently.\n TechTarget, Inc., doing business as Informa TechTarget, including its subsidiaries is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
