These are typically not-to-be-missed live and on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to do business.\nWe also provide data and digital content, as well as year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads.\n This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office.\nAs a Content Intern within our Pharma division at Informa Markets Amsterdam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by assisting in various content-related tasks. You will work closely with the Content Team to manage speaker logistics, coordinate with speakers, and contribute to the overall content delivery process.\nAdditionally, you will support on small design projects to help bring our digital content to life, as well as getting involved with our monthly webinar series, assisting with webinar uploads and updates. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the events industry while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSetting up and managing the Speaker Collection Form on Smartsheet to facilitate the smooth submission of speaker details and materials.\nCorresponding with speakers to communicate deadlines and send reminders for submission of slide decks and other required materials.\nEnsuring content agendas are kept up to date on our websites and event platforms\nAssisting in uploading leads into the speaker database to maintain a comprehensive record of speaker information.\nWorking alongside the Content Team to prepare on-site briefs, ensuring speakers are well-informed and equipped for their presentations.\nHelping out with design tasks, including creating banners and social graphics.\nReaching out to speakers/companies to obtain missing information, such as logos in the correct format or speaker headshots, to ensure the completeness of event materials.\nProviding support with webinar uploads and updates, assisting in the smooth execution of online event delivery.\n Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program, such as Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nFamiliarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is desirable.\n\nBasic design skills and knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) would be advantageous.\n\nA proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\n\n This is an opportunity for 6 months, based on availability, starting on February 1st 2027.\nWe’re not solely focused on a checklist of skills.
