The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our DealHub CPQ solution to support sales operations and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective CPQ solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nCPQ Configuration & Management\nConfigure and maintain DealHub CPQ functionality including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, approval processes, and quote templates\nDesign and implement complex product bundles, pricing structures, and configuration rules to support diverse business requirements\nCreate and maintain quote templates, proposal documents, and automated workflows\nManage product catalog including product families, features, options, and dependencies\nStakeholder Collaboration & Support\nPartner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to understand business processes and requirements\nProvide training and ongoing support to sales teams on DealHub functionality\nTroubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution or escalation\nGather feedback from end-users to continuously enhance the CPQ experience\nServe as the primary point of contact for all DealHub-related inquiries\nSystem Optimization & Enhancement\nContinuously evaluate and optimize CPQ performance, user experience, and automation opportunities\nIdentify opportunities to streamline quoting processes and reduce quote cycle time\nDevelop and maintain custom fields, validation rules, and workflow automation\nImplement and maintain integrations between DealHub CPQ, Salesforce and other systems (ERP, billing, etc.)\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop test plans and conduct thorough testing of CPQ configurations, including user acceptance testing (UAT)\nTroubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and system errors\nValidate pricing accuracy, discount calculations, and approval workflows\nEnsure data integrity across the quote-to-cash process\n Technical Skills\n2+ years of hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ platform\nStrong understanding of Configure, Price, Quote processes and methodologies\nProficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce\nExperience with data management, reporting, and analytics tools\nBasic understanding of API integrations and data flows\nAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting\nBusiness Acumen\nDeep understanding of B2B sales processes and quote-to-cash workflows\nKnowledge of pricing strategies, discount structures, and approval hierarchies\nFamiliarity with contract management and proposal generation\nUnderstanding of revenue recognition principles (preferred)\nSoft Skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\nStrong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborative mindset with proven stakeholder management experience\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field\nDealHub certification or equivalent CPQ platform certifications\nExperience with other CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ)\nKnowledge of subscription-based pricing models and recurring revenue\nSQL or scripting knowledge for data manipulation\n We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
