This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and quality of our CRM database through systematic data acquisition, processing, and validation activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Management & Quality Assurance\nAcquire and cleanse data from CRM systems to ensure high quality and accuracy\nValidate incoming data to meet established standards and criteria\nConduct comprehensive data profiling to identify and resolve data integrity issues\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and correct data anomalies and discrepancies in the CRM\nMaintain thorough documentation of data sources, extraction processes, and flow diagrams\nTechnical Operations\nLeverage ETL & AI tools for data acquisition, processing, and ingestion\nSchedule and manage data acquisition to ensure timely data availability\nLead and manage some data maintenance projects for the CRM independently\nStay current with evolving tools and best practices in data sourcing, processing and content preparation, including AI-driven solutions\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management\nCollaborate with internal teams and clients to align data gathering efforts with business needs\nPartner with Data Engineering to promote scalability and process efficiency\nBuild collaborative relationships with Informa TechTarget colleagues, vendors, and tech experts\nBecome a trusted partner of the sales teams to ensure the CRM continues to be an accurate tool for sales success\nProcess Improvement & Compliance\nProactively detect and manage risks impacting deliverables and timelines\nEnsure adherence to research methodologies and compliance standards\nCommunicate with leadership to share insights, suggest improvements, and support operational excellence\n Qualifications\n3-4 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles.\nExperience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally in Salesforce.\nFamiliarity with data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.\nAbility to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy.\nCommitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and industry practices.\n We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
