As well as managing the contract process from signed contract to order creation, ensuring we are compliant and set up for successful delivery of our campaigns.\nThis is a cross-function role that requires the recipient to learn a deep understanding of product logic from set-up to delivery and understanding the fundamentals of contracting within the context of today’s fast paced environment of online media.\nEssential Job Functions:\nRequest campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to establish program parameters and develop client recommendations\nPrice products for contract components across multiple formats, including CPQ forms and agency templates (Excel)\nExecute pre-sale data requests for all Informa TechTarget initiatives\nDraft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts\nSupport the sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations to ensure successful campaign outcomes\nDevelop comprehensive understanding of Informa TechTarget's database and conversion metrics\nGenerate contracts that comply with corporate policies, procedures, and standards\nCollaborate with internal teams to validate signed contracts and create orders within order management systems\nProcess change orders with validated paperwork and accurate pricing\nPartner with Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and timely contract booking\nDevelop thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including pricing models, discounting structures, revenue recognition, and approval processes\nCommunicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, including Campaign Managers, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales Management, and Product teams\n Bachelor’s degree required; \n1 to 2+ years of relevant, marketing digital campaigns experience;\nExcellent oral and written communication skills;\nAbility to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points; \nDetail-oriented and extremely reliable - team player; \nA focus on process and standardization; \nStrong organizational skills; \nPossesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize; \nAccurate data entry skills, problem solving ability; and, \nAbility to demonstrate initiative and work independently. \n TechTarget, Inc., doing business as Informa TechTarget, including its subsidiaries is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
