These are typically not-to-be-missed live and on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to do business.\nWe also provide data and digital content, as well as year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads.\n This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office.\nWe are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Event Executive to support the planning and delivery of our event portfolio. This role will primarily focus on CPHI Spain, with the opportunity to support other CPHI events and initiatives as required. Working closely with the Event Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across event planning, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, and event operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nEvent Planning & Coordination\nSupport the Event Manager with the planning, coordination, and delivery of CPHI Spain and other event projects as required.\nCoordinate day-to-day activities across Event, Marketing, Sales, Content, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support successful event delivery.\nAssist with project planning, meeting coordination, timelines, and follow-up actions.\nPrepare presentations, reports, project plans, and event documentation.\nEvent Delivery & Support\nSupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of virtual and in-person events.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support successful event execution.\nAssist with reporting, data analysis, and research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor events.\nSupport customer engagement initiatives, including networking programmes, hosted buyer activities, matchmaking meetings, and attendee experience features.\nProvide administrative and onsite support before, during, and after events.\n Skills & Experience\nCurrently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Events, Hospitality, or a related field.\nStrong interest in conferences, exhibitions and customer engagement.\nExcellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nCreative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.\nFamiliarity with Monday.com, Miro, and Canva is a plus.\n This is an opportunity for 6 months, , starting on February 1st 2027\nWe’re not solely focused on a checklist of skills.
