These are typically not-to-be-missed live and on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to do business.\nWe also provide data and digital content, as well as year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads.\n We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Thailand Finance team.\nThe role will be based at Ari Hills Building.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nReporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Thailand Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Thailand business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful, timely analysis and other financial planning needs.\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsible for submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning for Thailand, in line with agreed templates and timetables\nIdentify and promptly report risks and opportunities for the business by monitoring sales pacing and cost spending closely\nUpdate commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and addressing them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriate\nProvide Business Partner support to event team\nMonthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:Ensure revenue and costs are recorded correctly, and intercompany billings are performed\nAccruals are made in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.\n\nBuild reports for review and analysis purposes\nLiaising with the auditors\nConduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate financial performance.\nResponsible for the Intercompany recharge\nEnsure all agreements are in place\nStay updated on accounting principles and relevant financial regulations.\nAd hoc queries / requests from stakeholders (Group/Division, Management, Business Partners etc)\n Relevant accounting or finance degree is a prerequisite\nFamiliarity with local statutory and tax regulations is mandatory\nPrior FP&A / business partnering experience in an MNC environment is preferred with at least 3-5 years of experience\nWell-versed in financial regulations\nWorking knowledge of Oracle, SAP\nSelf-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently\nAccountable and willing to accept responsibilities\nStrong problem-solving skills\nProactive and results results-oriented\nWell-organized with strong prioritization skills\nGrowth mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment\nFluent in Thai and English languages\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nChallenges the current way of working and seeks opportunities to improve\n We work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
