You’ll work on email campaigns, display banners, social media posts, custom content, and webinars, ensuring each project runs smoothly and achieves its goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nCampaign Delivery: Support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.\nData Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing delivery team to select and segment data, improving campaign targeting and effectiveness.\nProject Management: Use tools like Asana and Smartsheet to record, track, and manage projects related to digital sales and marketing operations.\nPerformance Analysis: Analyze client campaigns and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations based on data and KPIs.\nProblem Solving: Support the marketing team in addressing issues or challenges in digital campaign delivery, working collaboratively with clients to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.\nContent Creation: Assist in developing marketing materials such as onboarding guides, templates, and visuals.\nCreative Input: Bring fresh ideas to enhance the impact of digital marketing campaigns.\n Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSkills:\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools like Asana and Smartsheet is a plus.\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into insights.\nCreative thinking and enthusiasm for digital marketing and sales operations.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a dynamic team where your ideas and skills will make a difference.
