The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across UI, API, backend, and performance testing, with a passion for engineering scalable automation solutions, driving quality throughout the SDLC, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve software quality and delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated tests for UI, API, backend, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.\nParticipate in requirements analysis, test strategy, test planning, risk assessment, test estimation, and release validation activities.\nValidate REST APIs, backend services, databases, and microservices through automated and manual testing.\nPerform performance and load testing using JMeter or BlazeMeter, analyse bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.\nIntegrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring quality gates, automated reporting, and continuous feedback.\nPerform backend validation using SQL, database queries, log analysis, and data verification.\nManage test environments and test data to support reliable and repeatable test execution.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nPerform defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and support production issue investigations.\nLeverage AI-powered engineering tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate test design, automation development, defect analysis, and framework maintenance.\nContinuously improve automation coverage, framework stability, execution efficiency, and engineering best practices.\nMentor junior Quality Engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.\n Required Skills:\n4-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with strong expertise in test automation.\nSolid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and configuration elements (objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows).\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce backend concepts, including SOQL, SOSL, and data model relationships.\nPractical experience testing Order to Cash (O2C) processes -
