Across tech, finance, legal, corporate development, HR, communications, operations and many other areas, we work collaboratively and flexibly to help our brands serve their customers and help the company succeed.\n Tax Compliance\nCollaborate in the preparation and timely submission of all tax filing obligations while adhering to regulatory requirements\nAssist in addressing tax authority queries in a timely and efficient manner\nPrepare and file all required Mexican tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other local taxes\nMaintain accurate working papers and documentation in accordance with department policy and tax authority requirements\nManage the SAT portal, submit DIOT applications, obtain tax certificates, and draft or interpret tax opinions\nReporting and Analysis\nPerform reconciliations of tax accounts, addressing discrepancies and providing accurate reports to stakeholders\nAssist with tax pack preparation and submission\nPrepare and ensure Internal Controls (RACM) are applied with evidential support stored as required\nCompliance & Audit Support\nAssist in tax audits and inquiries from Mexican tax authorities, including preparation of responses, documentation, and communication\nInternal Collaboration\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to provide tax guidance and support\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners\n Required Qualifications\nEducation & Professional Credentials\nRecognized professional qualification in Tax and Accounting\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field\nExperience\n3 years of relevant tax compliance and accounting experience\nDemonstrable success in improving tax and compliance service levels\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge and understanding of all tax and compliance processes including best practice\nAdvanced Excel skills\nExperience managing the SAT portal, submitting DIOT applications, obtaining tax certificates\nExperience preparing tax account reconciliations\nLanguage Requirements\nAdvanced English level - able to participate to manage the language\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of Oracle system\nKnowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies\nProfessional Skills\nExcellent communication skills at all levels \nStrong problem-solving abilities within tight deadlines\nHighly organized with attention to detail\nPersonal Attributes\nPro-active with ability to take initiative\nActs with integrity\nContinuously seeks to improve processes and systems\nWe know the \"perfect candidate\" doesn’t exist, and you may feel hesitant to apply for an opportunity where you don’t meet all the requirements.
