Elaborar el documento de diseño técnico y el mapeo entre el flujo actual (As-Is) y el flujo futuro (To-Be). Crear y configurar listas, bibliotecas, columnas, vistas y tipos de contenido en el sitio de SharePoint Online. Configurar permisos, grupos y niveles de acceso conforme al modelo de seguridad definido. Ejecutar el pase a producción y la estabilización, brindando soporte post-implementación y apoyando el apagado ordenado de los flujos On-Premise. Elaborar y ejecutar las pruebas unitarias e integrales, y dar soporte a las pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT), corrigiendo las incidencias detectadas.
