You’ll build trusted client relationships, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure high-quality outcomes.\nYou’ll also contribute to our Delivery Management community, sharing knowledge and helping improve how we deliver.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll do\nLead high-performing and multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver complex digital products and services.\nBuild trusted client relationships and keep delivery focused on outcomes.\nShape delivery plans, manage dependencies, risks, budgets and resources.\nLead agile ceremonies, governance and effective decision-making.\nCoach colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across our Delivery Management community.\nWhat you’ll bring\nProven experience leading the successful delivery of complex digital or software projects using Agile methodologies.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams across digital, user-centred design, software or DevOps environments.\nStrong delivery assurance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills.\nTechnical understanding and confidence working with technical teams.\nCommercial experience across budgets, resources, contracts or Statements of Work.\nExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.\nA proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience delivering services against the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standard.\nExperience working in digital consultancy or transformation, particularly with UK public sector clients.\nAn understanding of cloud technologies, modern software engineering and DevOps practices.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or Azure DevOps.\nHow you’ll work\nOur work is varied, fast-moving and often complex.
