As the foundational infrastructure underpinning WPP Open, InfoSum powers trusted data collaboration across every cloud, client, and capability.\nAbout the role:\nWe’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and help build intuitive, high-quality experiences across the InfoSum platform.\nYou’ll work primarily with TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS, developing new features, improving existing experiences and helping us maintain a high standard of quality across the front end. You’ll work closely with other engineers, product managers and designers, contributing throughout the development lifecycle from technical discussions through to delivery.\nThis is a great opportunity for an engineer who has a solid foundation in modern front-end development and is looking to take on more ownership while continuing to develop their technical skills.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nBuilding and maintaining responsive, high-quality web applications using TypeScript and React\nWriting clean, maintainable and reusable front-end code\nDeveloping accessible and responsive interfaces using HTML and CSS\nWorking closely with Product and Design to turn requirements and designs into great user experiences\nContributing to technical discussions and helping shape front-end solutions\nWriting and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications\nTroubleshooting and resolving bugs and performance issues\nParticipating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with the wider engineering team\nContinuously looking for ways to improve our development practices, tooling and user experience\nWhat we’re looking for:\nCommercial experience working as a Front-End Engineer / Software Engineer\nStrong experience with TypeScript and React\nGood understanding of HTML and CSS, including responsive design\nExperience building and maintaining modern web applications\nUnderstanding of front-end testing principles and experience with relevant testing tools\nFamiliarity with Git and modern software development practices\nGood understanding of web accessibility, performance and browser compatibility\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers and product teams\nA willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute beyond your immediate area of responsibility\nNice to have:\nExperience with a modern React framework such as Next.js\nExperience with component libraries or design systems\nExperience working with APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services\nExposure to CI/CD and cloud-based development environments\nExperience working in an Agile product engineering environment\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
