You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values clean design, reliable execution, and experimentation-where your work directly influences engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain campaign workflows, deliveries, and technical configurations in Adobe Campaign Classic.\nBuild and support customer journeys and orchestration use cases using AJO, ensuring timely and accurate execution across channels.\nImplement audience segmentation, targeting rules, and personalization logic using profile and behavioral data.\nDevelop and optimize campaign assets and templates (including dynamic content) to support reusable, scalable execution.\nConfigure and troubleshoot integrations, data mappings, and inbound/outbound data flows required for campaign operations.\nMonitor campaign runs, identify failures or performance bottlenecks, and drive root-cause resolution with clear documentation.\nEnsure adherence to best practices for deliverability, compliance, and data governance while executing campaigns.\nPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver enhancements aligned to business goals.\nTechnical requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, or MBA.\n3-4 years of hands-on experience working as an Adobe Campaign Developer or in a closely related campaign engineering role.\nStrong working experience in Adobe Campaign Classic including workflow development, campaign execution, and troubleshooting.\nPractical experience with AJO for journey orchestration and cross-channel campaign execution.\nAbility to translate marketing requirements into technical implementations with attention to quality and reliability.\nAdditional responsibilities\nAbout us:\nInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
