The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, workflow customization, system administration, and Agile project management support\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence platforms.\nConfigure projects, workflows, issue types, screens, permissions, and notification schemes.\nDesign and implement Jira automation rules and custom workflows.\nManage user access, roles, groups, and security schemes.\nSupport Agile teams by configuring Scrum and Kanban boards.\nCreate and maintain dashboards, filters, reports, and KPIs.\nPerform Jira upgrades, migrations, integrations, and system health monitoring.\nIntegrate Jira with third-party applications and DevOps tools.\nTroubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support.\nCollaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and project management teams to drive process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain Atlassian best practices, governance, and documentation\nTechnical requirements\nStrong experience with Jira Software Administration.\nHands-on expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM).\nExperience with Confluence Administration.\nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.\nExpertise in Workflow Design, Permission Schemes, Notification Schemes, and Automation.\nExperience with REST APIs and Jira integrations.\nStrong understanding of ITSM processes.\nProficiency in creating dashboards, custom reports, and performance metrics\nAdditional responsibilities\nExperience with ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, and Marketplace Apps.\nExposure to Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.\nKnowledge of Jira Cloud and Data Center environments.\nExperience in Atlassian migration projects.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->DevOps and Continuous Testing->Continuous delivery -
