Java-based Selenium automation frameworks aligned with best practices and long-term scalability.\nDefine test plans, test cases, and automation suites for functional, regression, and smoke testing across applications.\nReview automation code, enforce quality standards, and drive improvements in test design, stability, and execution speed.\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements, identify risks early, and ensure testability of features.\nAnalyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide clear defect reports with reproducible steps and evidence.\nMentor and guide QA engineers, supporting skill development, task planning, and consistent delivery across the team.\nTrack quality metrics and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders in a timely manner.\nTechnical requirements\nExperience leading QA teams or acting as a test/automation lead across multiple releases.\nExpertise in building reusable automation components, applying design patterns, and improving framework maintainability.\nExperience with test execution and reporting practices that improve visibility and decision-making for releases.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.\nExposure to performance and API testing concepts and integrating
