The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AVEVA MES (Operations, Performance & Quality), AVEVA System Platform, and Operations Management Interface (OMI), with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end MES implementations for manufacturing clients.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and deploy AVEVA MES solutions for manufacturing and industrial automation projects.\nAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for AVEVA MES and provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers.\nGather business requirements and translate them into scalable MES solution designs.\nConfigure and customize AVEVA MES modules including Operations, Performance, Quality, Track & Trace, and Recipe Management.\nDevelop and maintain applications using AVEVA System Platform and OMI.\nIntegrate MES solutions with PLCs, SCADA systems, historians, ERP systems, and third-party applications.\nDesign secure, reliable, and high-performing industrial automation architectures.\nImplement alarming, notification, monitoring, and reporting solutions for manufacturing operations.\nTroubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing MES environments to improve productivity and system performance.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation engineers, software developers, plant operations teams, and project stakeholders.\nFollow industry standards, cybersecurity best practices, and automation governance frameworks.\nSupport system testing, commissioning, deployment, and post-production support activities.\nTechnical requirements\nExtensive experience with AVEVA MES (Operations, Performance & Quality).\nStrong expertise in AVEVA System Platform application development and configuration.\nHands-on experience with AVEVA OMI (Operations Management Interface).\nStrong understanding of MES architecture, system design, and industrial automation principles.\nExperience in manufacturing execution system implementation and deployment.\nKnowledge of production workflows, manufacturing operations, quality management, and performance tracking.\nExperience integrating industrial devices and automation systems using protocols such as:\nOPC UA/DA\nEtherNet/IP (ABCIP)\nModbus TCP (MBTCP)\nMQTT\nREST APIs\nAdditional responsibilities\nPreferred Certifications:\nAVEVA MES (Operations & Performance) Developer Certification\nAVEVA Application Server Certification\nAVEVA OMI Certification\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->CAD->Aveva,Technology->Industrial IOT Embedded Software->MES,Technology->Internet of Things (IOT)->IOT Protocols -
