The role also\nrequires basic to intermediate programming skills and familiarity with modern\ndevelopment practices.\nResponsibilities\nProvide production support for Production applications, ensuring the stability\nand availability of systems.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in real time.\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket,\nand other DevOps tools.\nManage and deploy applications using containerization and orchestration tools\nlike Docker and Kubernetes.\nSet up and maintain observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Instana) for\nmonitoring, logging, and alerting.\nWrite and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.\nCollaborate with development teams to implement SRE practices and\nprinciples, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.\nAssist in incident management and post-mortem analysis to improve system\nreliability.\nContribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and system processes.\nMust have skills:\nProduction Support Expertise: Experience in application operations,\ntroubleshooting, and system monitoring.\nDevOps Tools and Platforms:\no CI/CD: Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket.\no Virtualization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.\no Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Instana.\no Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.\nMicro-frontend and Micro servics architecture\nProgramming Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in one or more languages\nsuch as Angular, TypeScript, Python, or Node.js.\nSRE Principles: Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering practices to\nsupport reliability and performance goals.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with AWS cloud services.\nKnowledge of NGINX web server and reverse proxy configurations.\nFamiliarity with Kafka for event streaming.\nHands-on experience with OpenSearch and Kibana for advanced analytics and\nvisualization.\nTechnical requirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or\nequivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of experience in a similar role involving production support and DevOps.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under\npressure.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Cloud Security->AWS - Infrastructure Security->AWS Systems Manager,Technology->Container Platform->Kubernetes,Technology->Devops->Ansible,Technology->DevOps->Site Reliability Engineering(SRE)\nEducation\nMaster Of Engineering,Master Of Technology,Bachelor Of Comp.
