The ideal candidate should have expertise in Azure DevOps administration, user and access management, repository governance, CI/CD platform support, security, and process standardization.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and maintain Azure DevOps Services projects, repositories, pipelines, and agent pools.\nManage user access, permissions, security groups, and role-based access controls (RBAC).\nConfigure and manage Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifacts.\nSupport development teams with CI/CD pipeline setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.\nManage self-hosted and Microsoft-hosted build/release agents.\nImplement governance, compliance, and security best practices across the DevOps platform.\nConfigure project templates, branch policies, pull request workflows, and repository standards.\nMonitor platform health, usage, and performance.\nIntegrate Azure DevOps with Azure Cloud, GitHub, ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise tools.\nPerform platform upgrades, maintenance, audits, and access reviews.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 support for Azure DevOps-related issues.\nTechnical requirements\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Administration.\nExpertise in Azure Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Test Plans, and Artifacts.\nExperience managing build agents, service connections, and deployment environments.\nStrong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and repository management.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices.\nExperience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) integration and access management.\nKnowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, and automation scripting.\nFamiliarity with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.\nExperience in troubleshooting pipeline, permissions, and integration issues.\nExperience with GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, or Artifactory.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).\nUnderstanding of DevSecOps and security compliance practices.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum project management processes.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)\nMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)\nAdditional responsibilities\nInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
