Develop a deep understanding of end users and clients to define & document\ncustomer business functions and processes.\nProduct development - Ensure accurate flow of client ask and information from product managers to\ndevelop error free stories for development. Define scope of the build or project with architects and\nPMs. Interact with the technology team and help them understand the business aspects of the\nsolution.\nProduct testing - Perform basic level of acceptance testing. Review Test cases and perform Functional\nand User Acceptance Testing.\nCommunication & Coordination - Communicate and clarify the requirements to the development\nand testing teams. Coordinate closely with the teams to ensure the project is on track.\nRelease Scoping - Implement the release plan in coordination with Engineering, UI & documentation\nteams, addressing stakeholder queries if any through the process. Manage change requests\neffectively and ensure appropriate documentation, testing and signoffs are received as per process.\nClient Engagement - Work with the end users/clients to help them understand the changes/new\nsolution. Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and\nassists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.\nDocumentation - Prepare used cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements\nspecification (SRS) documents and other functional documents. Supports in release notes and\ndocumentation pertaining to the same.\nTraining - Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned\nmodules.
