detailed engineering designs while ensuring compliance with quality and manufacturing standards.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.\nApply DFM & DFA principles to optimize product designs for manufacturing and assembly.\nPerform engineering design calculations, tolerance analysis, and design validations.\nCreate and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and design records.\nConduct GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and tolerance stack-up analysis.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Supplier teams.\nSupport prototype development, testing, and product improvements.\nWork with PLM/PDM systems for design data management and revision control.\nEnsure compliance with Medical Device industry standards and design regulations.\nAssist in product lifecycle activities from concept to production release.\nTechnical requirements\nStrong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.\nHands-on expertise in SolidWorks CAD Design.\nKnowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly).\nExperience in GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.\nKnowledge of engineering calculations and mechanical design principles.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, sheet metal, and assembly.\nExperience with PLM/PDM software.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAdditional responsibilities\nExperience in the Medical Devices industry.\nFamiliarity with product development processes and regulatory requirements.\nKnowledge of risk management and quality standards within medical device manufacturing.\nExperience working with multidisciplinary product
