Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.\nThe Role\nLead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.\nEnsure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.\nManage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.\nDevelop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.\nCollaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.\nMaintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\nRequirements\nExperienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.\nProven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget.\nAbility to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams.\nExperience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely.\nIn depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.\nAbility to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically. \nOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.\nAbility to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).\nAbility to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients.\nSubstantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.\nProven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA\nExperience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.\nExperience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.\nHave experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences\nProject-related mobility/willingness to travel\n** Please note closing date :- 31st July 2026\nBenefits\nAbout Infosys Consulting\nBe part of a globally renowned management consulting firm on the front-line of industry disruption and at the cutting edge of technology.
