Life Science\nCan you help Life Sciences organizations balance innovation, AI adoption, and regulatory compliance in an increasingly complex digital landscape?\nAbout your role\nInfosys Consulting is seeking talented and highly motivated consultants to join our Digital Platforms Practice specializing in SAP Risk, Security, and Compliance Transformation for Life Sciences clients.\nAs a SAP Risk, Security & Compliance Consultant, you will help pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations design, implement, and optimize security, governance, risk, and compliance capabilities across SAP-enabled business processes and digital transformation programs.\nYou will work with clients undertaking S/4HANA transformations, cloud migrations, and enterprise modernization initiatives, helping them establish compliant, secure, and scalable operating environments while meeting regulatory and audit requirements.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSecurity and Compliance Transformation\nAssess SAP security, controls, and compliance risks across complex enterprise environments.\nDesign and implement SAP Security and GRC solutions aligned with business, regulatory, and audit requirements.\nSupport security and controls design during SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud migration programs.\nDefine Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and remediation strategies.\nRisk Assessment and Controls Design\nConduct control assessments, gap analyses, and risk evaluations across SAP and integrated application landscapes.\nDesign business process controls, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and automated controls.\nSupport implementation of sustainable governance, compliance, and monitoring processes.\nAssist clients in preparing for internal and external audits.\nSAP Security and GRC Implementation\nConfigure and optimize SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control capabilities\nSupport authorization concepts across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and hybrid environments.\nLife Sciences Regulatory Compliance\nSupport compliance initiatives related to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, Data Integrity, and Computer System Validation requirements.\nCollaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant system design and operation.\nContribute to inspection readiness and validation activities for regulated systems.\nClient Engagement and Enablement\nFacilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions.\nExplain security and compliance concepts to both business and technology audiences.\nCollaborate with functional, technical, security, and audit teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nSupport knowledge transfer and capability development activities.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nDemonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities in most of the following areas:\n· Strong understanding of SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance principles.\n· Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, and Emergency Access Management.\n· Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.\n· Understanding of ITGCs, business process controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.\n· Knowledge of Segregation of Duties analysis and controls remediation.\n· Familiarity with identity and access management concepts across enterprise application landscapes.\n· Experience participating in SAP transformation, migration, or compliance programs.\n· 5+ years of SAP Security, Controls, GRC, or Compliance consulting experience.\n· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n· Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.\n· Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, Data Integrity, and Computer System Validation requirements.\n· Experience designing controls and governance frameworks for AI-enabled business processes and intelligent automation within SAP and adjacent enterprise platforms.\n· Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.\n· Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud solutions, and hybrid architectures.\n· Experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), SAP IDM, or enterprise IAM platforms.\n· Knowledge of ServiceNow, Archer, Splunk, or related governance and monitoring tools.\n· SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications.\n· CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent professional certifications.\n· Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore models.\n· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills\nGiven that this is only a snapshot of the role, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements listed above.
