solutions.\nStakeholder Partnership\nEngage confidently with senior leaders and business stakeholders.\nPresent ideas, influence decision-making, and build alignment around strategic and creative recommendations.\nAct as a trusted advisor on brand, communication, and creative effectiveness.\nTechnical requirements\nQualifications & Experience\n12+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand strategy, advertising, design, or integrated marketing communications.\nExperience as a Creative Director, Design Director, Associate Creative Director, or Strategy-led Creative Leader.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating brand building, integrated campaigns, storytelling, and creative problem solving.\nProven ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.\nAdditional responsibilities\nPreferred Background\nAgency, brand, consulting, or large enterprise marketing experience.\nExposure to brand systems, campaigns, corporate communications, and digital experiences.\nStrong understanding of branding, design systems, content strategy, and integrated
