(Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific), Solution Architects, Product Managers and Product Owners.\nDrive the adoption of engineering best practices and agile methodologies within the team.\nManage team capacity and resources effectively to balance new projects with ongoing maintenance\nFoster a cohesive and collaborative team culture that spans across the offshore and onshore locations.\nTechnical requirements\nCore skills:\nProven people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and inspire team members to deliver high-quality work.\nAt least 5 years of experience in data engineering or cloud engineering delivery, with a proven track record of managing complex cloud implementation in technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nExperience with agile project management methodologies\nNice to have:\nBasic understanding of data engineering practices, technologies, architecture principles (e.g. modern data stack, data modeling, …)\nAdditional responsibilities\nEffective communication and collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills to align team’s skills and capacity with business objectives.\nCustomer-centric mindset\nEmotional intelligence and conflict resolution for
