compliance\nguidelines.\nDesign and maintain database schemas, data access layers, and integration logic.\nCollaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive product\nfeatures.\nEnsure performance optimization across the full stack, including efficient API response\ntimes.\nMaintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in automated testing efforts (unit, integration,\nAPI).\nProduce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and follow coding standards.\nTroubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and drive long-term stability\nimprovements.\nParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.\nTechnical requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n5-9 years of full-stack development experience.\nStrong proficiency in:\nTypeScript\nNode.js (Express, NestJS, or equivalent)\nJava Spring Boot\nExperience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nKnowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent databases.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) for application deployment.\nStrong debugging skills, including network-level troubleshooting and distributed system\nanalysis.\nHands-on experience with automated testing: Jest, Mocha, JUnit, Cypress.\nKnowledge of secure development practices: OWASP, API security, secrets\nmanagement, encryption basics.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated testing frameworks.\nUnderstanding of secure web development practices and API hardening.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\nAdditional responsibilities\nExperience with frontend frameworks like React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.\nFamiliarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time communication frameworks.\nExperience integrating applications with AI/ML inference APIs or imaging pipelines.\nKnowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).\nExperience with logging/monitoring stacks: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.\nExposure to healthcare software development, HIPAA considerations, or
