Additionally, you are required to provide industry wide knowledge and insights to complex business needs since you will be in a client facing role.\nResponsibilities\nDrive Business requirements grooming sessions to develop product backlog and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution, using ALM tools like Jira, Rally, RRC & RTC.\nResponsible for data mapping and maintenance of data platform in terms of creating subject areas and bringing data from different global data platforms.\nAnalyse Healthcare data to identify patterns and insights and generate detailed report to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.\nEnsure data handling practices comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.\nIdentify opportunities for operational improvements based on data analysis.\nDocument as-is & to-be Business processes, assessing the Business data models, systems, and integration with technology.\nWork closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to analyse requirements. Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria for user stories.\nExpertise in Software dev. lifecycle and working experience in Agile methodologies & tools.\n· Participate in account / unit level strategic initiatives.\n· Identify new growth opportunities and support proposal and solution activities\n· Good understanding of project management activities and project budgeting\nTechnical requirements\nExtensive experience with healthcare data standards and regulations. Familiarity with EHR systems and their data structure.\nProficiency in SQL and database management systems (E.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).\nExtensive Experience in Data Ware Housing/ ETL Business Analysis, Experience with data integration and ETL tools (E.g. Mirth Connect, Talend).\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms.\nProficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analyzing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals.\nExperience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders.\nConversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc.\nExcellent soft skills - written and verbal communication\nGlobal exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure\nAdditional responsibilities\nBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we attach importance to personality traits.
