The role requires ownership of IAM solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation, integration, deployment, and operational transition.\n\nEssential Responsibilities:\nIAM Architecture & Implementation\nLead end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise IAM solutions.\nDefine IAM architecture, technology roadmap, design principles, integration patterns, and security standards.\nLead large-scale IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.\nProvide architecture governance, technical reviews, design reviews, and implementation guidance.\nEnsure IAM solutions meet security, scalability, availability, performance, and compliance requirements.\nStrong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), RBAC, access certification, access provisioning/de-provisioning, SSO, MFA and federation.\nStrong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, REST APIs and directory services.\n\nCandidates should have strong implementation/architecture expertise in one or more major IAM technology stacks, such as:\nSaviynt / SailPoint IIQ or ISC for IGA\nCyberArk for Privileged Access Management\nActive Directory / LDAP / Directory Services\nSSO, MFA, Federation and Passwordless Authentication\n\nTeam & Delivery Leadership\nLead and mentor cross-functional IAM teams comprising architects, consultants, engineers, developers, and integration specialists.\nProvide technical direction and governance across multiple IAM workstreams.\nDrive planning, task allocation, delivery tracking, quality reviews, risk management, and technical escalation management.\nCoordinate effectively with application, infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and DevOps teams.\nBuild technical capability within the team through mentoring, architecture reviews, reusable solutions, and best practices.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nCloud IAM experience across Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, AWS and/or GCP.\nExperience with Zero Trust and modern identity security principles.\nKnowledge of PAM, CIAM, Identity Governance, identity threat protection and privileged identity management.\nExperience supporting IAM solution estimation, proposals, technical presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and pre-sales activities.\nRelevant product certifications in Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Identity & Access would be advantageous.\n\nIn addition to compensation aligned with your role, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits that support your health, career growth, and overall well-being (Malaysia)\nPaid leave entitlements\nHealth and Life Enrichment (HALE) program covering various well-being offerings\nLife insurance cover\nHealth insurance cover\nEmployer Assistance Program (EAP)\nRewards and Recognition\n\nOur recruitment and selection processis designed to create the best match for both you and Infosys.
