The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production support, incident management, job monitoring, issue resolution, and data analysis.\nResponsibilities\nProvide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter ETL applications.\nMonitor daily batch loads and ensure successful completion of ETL workflows.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL processes and data loads.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.\nHandle incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLA.\nMonitor workflows, sessions, and mappings in Informatica PowerCenter.\nWork closely with development, database, and business teams for issue resolution.\nValidate data integrity and perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.\nSupport deployment activities across Development, QA, and Production environments.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.\nParticipate in on-call support and release activities as required.\nTechnical requirements\nExperience with Informatica workflow scheduling tools.\nExposure to Control-M, Autosys, or other enterprise schedulers.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.\nFamiliarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).\nUnderstanding of DevOps and release management processes.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Data Integration and ETL->Informatica->Informatica -
