If you enjoy solving data challenges, working with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of deliverables in a supportive environment, this opportunity will help you grow your technical depth and broaden your impact across enterprise data platforms.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica and Informatica PowerCenter for enterprise data integration needs.\nAnalyze source-to-target mappings and implement transformations to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data loads.\nBuild and optimize mappings, mapplets, sessions, and workflows; tune performance for high-volume data processing.\nImplement robust error handling, logging, restartability, and monitoring to improve operational reliability.\nCollaborate with business analysts, data teams, and application owners to gather requirements and clarify data rules.\nPerform unit testing, support SIT/UAT cycles, and resolve defects with strong root-cause analysis.\nPrepare technical documentation including ETL design specs, workflow details, and operational runbooks.\nSupport production deployments, troubleshoot job failures, and ensure adherence to release and change management processes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in building ETL solutions using Informatica.\nStrong working experience with Informatica PowerCenter development (mappings, workflows, sessions).\nAbility to interpret data requirements and translate them into implementable ETL designs.\nExperience in testing, debugging, and supporting ETL processes in development and production environmen\nTechnical requirements\nGood to have skills:\nSQL, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Data Warehousing Concepts, Performance Tuning, ETL Monitoring & Scheduling\nAdditional responsibilities\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with ETL performance tuning, including optimizing transformations, session properties, and workflow orchestration.\nFamiliarity with data quality checks, reconciliation techniques, and ensuring end-to-end data validation.\nExposure to scheduling/monitoring practices and operational support for batch ETL pipelines.\nStrong documentation practices and ability to communicate technical details clearly to cross-functional teams.\nProven ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement of ETL standards.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Data Management -
