If you’re excited to drive cloud-first integration programs, influence best practices, and help teams build trusted data foundations, this opportunity gives you the platform to lead with both expertise and purpose.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end delivery of data integration solutions using Informatica and IICS, from requirement discovery through deployment and support.\nDesign, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, mappings, and orchestration to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.\nCollaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.\nDrive best practices for reusable frameworks, parameterization, error handling, logging, and monitoring across integration pipelines.\nPerform impact analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and production support for integration failures and data quality issues.\nEnsure adherence to delivery standards including code reviews, documentation, release management, and operational readiness.\nMentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership on Informatica/IICS patterns, performance tuning, and delivery execution.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for integration initiatives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Applications/Science (BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC) or equivalent.\n9-11 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica and IICS implementations.\nProven experience delivering ETL solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nStrong understanding of data integration concepts, transformation logic, scheduling/orchestration, and operational support practices.\nAbility to lead technical discussions, produce clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.\nTechnical requirements\nGood to have skills:\nSQL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, API Integration, Data Quality\nAdditional responsibilities\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leading cloud-based integration programs using Informatica Cloud, including migration/modernization initiatives.\nStrong capability in designing scalable integration architectures, reusable components, and standardized ETL frameworks.\nExposure to performance tuning techniques for complex mappings, large-volume loads, and incremental processing patterns.\nExperience implementing robust operational controls such as audit reconciliation, restartability, and proactive monitoring/alerting.\nDemonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, driving delivery governance, and improving engineering practices across projects.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Data on Cloud -
