an Infra AI Automation Programmer you will work on design, development, and deployment of AI systems that generate content or data, often using techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, and cases for Generative AI.\nAssess the client's existing technology infrastructure, data landscape, and AI maturity to determine the feasibility and best approaches for Gen AI adoption.\nConduct workshops and discovery sessions to brainstorm Gen AI applications across various business functions (e.g., content creation, customer service, product development, marketing).\nGen AI Strategy and Solution Design:\nDevelop tailored Gen AI strategies and roadmaps for clients in outlining specific use cases, implementation plans, and expected business outcomes.\nDesign Gen AI solutions architecture, considering factors such as model selection (e.g., large language models (LLMs), diffusion models), data requirements, integration with existing systems, and scalability.\nEvaluate and recommend appropriate Gen AI platforms, tools, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Azure AI, open-source libraries) relevant to the client's needs and the Indian market.\nAdvise on prompt engineering techniques to optimize the output and performance of Gen AI models for specific client applications.\nTechnical Guidance and Implementation Support:\nProvide technical expertise and guidance to client development teams and internal AI/ML engineers on the implementation of Gen AI solutions.\nAssist with data preparation, cleaning, and feature engineering relevant to Gen AI model training and fine-tuning.\nCollaborate with data scientists and ML engineers on fine-tuning pre-trained Gen AI models using client-specific data.\nAdvise on the integration of Gen AI models into existing applications and workflows.\nEthical Considerations and Responsible AI:\nEducate clients on the ethical implications of using Generative AI, including bias, fairness, transparency, and potential misuse.\nAdvise on responsible AI practices and frameworks to ensure the ethical and compliant deployment of Gen AI solutions.\nHelp clients develop guidelines and policies for the responsible use of Gen AI within their organizations.\nTechnical requirements\nAt least 2+ years of programming experience in Python\nHandson experience in working on Gen AI\nHandson experience in Tensorflow, Pytorch, Langchain and Prompt Engineering\nExperience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).\nFamiliarity with MLOps principles and tools for deploying and managing Gen AI models.\nUnderstanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI frameworks.\nUnderstanding of data structures, data modelling , SQL & NOSQL\nObject oriented and functional programming & GIT\nKnowledge of basic algorithms and object-oriented and functional design principles\nDeep Knowledge of Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, and Algorithms\nGood Communication skills\nGood
