commerce experiences.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and enhance eCommerce solutions using Intershop Commerce Platform (ICO/IOM).\nDevelop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.\nBuild responsive and scalable storefronts using Angular-based PWA frameworks.\nCustomize Intershop pipelines, business objects, cartridges, and commerce workflows.\nImplement integrations with third-party systems such as ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, and search platforms.\nDesign and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.\nParticipate in technical design discussions, solution architecture reviews, and code reviews.\nEnsure application scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance.\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support for critical business applications.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.\nTechnical requirements\nRequired Skills\nIntershop Commerce\nHands-on experience with Intershop Commerce Platform (ICO/IOM).\nStrong understanding of B2B and B2C eCommerce business processes.\nExperience in Intershop storefront customization and cartridge development.\nKnowledge of catalog management, promotions, pricing, orders, and customer management.\nJava & Microservices\nStrong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.\nExperience in developing Microservices-based architectures.\nHands-on experience with REST APIs, API Gateway, and service integrations.\nStrong understanding of design patterns and enterprise application architecture.\nAngular PWA\nExperience in developing Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using Angular.\nStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.\nExperience with state management and front-end performance optimization.\nKnowledge of web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.\nAdditional responsibilities\nAdditional Technical Skills\nExperience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.\nFamiliarity with ElasticSearch, Solr, or enterprise search platforms.\nExperience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with PIM solutions such as Akeneo, Salsify, or Informatica PIM.\nKnowledge of headless commerce architecture.\nExposure to React, Node.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.\nExperience integrating payment gateways, inventory systems, and OMS platforms.\nUnderstanding of eCommerce analytics and conversion optimization.\nPreferred
