The role ensures cloud services comply with cybersecurity policies, security baselines, and regulatory requirements while supporting proactive identification and remediation of cloud security risks.\nThe position collaborates with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Application, Security Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen cloud governance and ensure secure cloud adoption across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Security Governance & Compliance\nSupport implementation of cloud security standards, policies, and controls.\nMonitor compliance with cloud security baselines and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure cloud environments adhere to security best practices and governance standards.\nCloud Security Posture Management\nMonitor CSPM dashboards and security posture indicators.\nIdentify cloud misconfigurations, excessive permissions, exposed resources, and security gaps.\nSupport remediation activities with cloud platform teams and application owners.\nTrack security posture improvements and risk reduction initiatives.\nCloud Risk Assessment\nPerform cloud security assessments for new and existing cloud services.\nIdentify risks associated with cloud deployments and recommend mitigation actions.\nSupport cloud architecture reviews from a cybersecurity perspective.\nReporting & Stakeholder Management\nDevelop cloud security dashboards, KPIs, and posture reports.\nProvide recommendations for improving cloud security maturity.\nWork closely with cloud architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement\nSupport cloud security automation initiatives.\nContribute to cloud security awareness and best-practice adoption.\nStay informed about emerging cloud threats and security technologies.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nFunctional & Technical Skills\nCloud security fundamentals (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).\nCloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM).\nCloud governance and risk management.\nKnowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks).\nCloud security monitoring and reporting capabilities.\nTechnical requirements\nBehavioral Competencies\nAnalytical mindset.\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\nProblem-solving capabilities.\nAttention to detail.\nContinuous learning attitude.\nGood to Have Functional & Technical Skills\nMicrosoft Defender for Cloud.\nWiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, Lacework, or equivalent CSPM solutions.\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).\nCloud container security and Kubernetes security.\nKnowledge of GDPR, NIS2, and DORA requirements.\nBehavioral Competencies\nProject coordination skills.\nChange management experience.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Infrastructure Security->Cloud Security,Technology->Cloud Security->AWS -
