If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving performance, and driving engineering best practices-while mentoring others and continuously learning-this is a great place to grow your impact and career.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nCloud-native Java delivery\nDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services aligned to Azure cloud architecture and best practices.\nBuild scalable APIs and backend components with strong focus on performance, resiliency, and maintainability.\nArchitecture & modernization\nContribute to solution design for cloud migration/modernization initiatives across Azure and complementary AWS/GCP environments.\nApply cloud design patterns (stateless services, caching, async processing) and ensure systems meet availability and scalability goals.\nQuality, security & reliability\nImplement automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices to improve release quality and delivery speed.\nPartner with security and platform teams to ensure secure coding practices, secrets management, and compliance with cloud security controls.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications in production; perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.\nCollaboration & leadership\nWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver iteratively.\nMentor junior engineers and promote engineering standards, documentation, and reusable components.\nTechnical requirements\nTechnology->Cloud Platform->AWS Database->AWS,Technology->Cloud Platform->Azure Devops,Technology->Cloud Platform->GCP Database,Technology->Java->Spring\nAdditional responsibilities\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Computer Science/IT (e.g., BE/BTech/BSc) or Master’s degree (e.g., MTech/MCA/MSc).\n5-9 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Java.\nHands-on experience building and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.\nStrong understanding of RESTful services, object-oriented design, and common backend development practices.\nExperience with source control, build tools, and CI/CD fundamentals;
