with clear boundaries, well-defined APIs, and robust error handling.\nImplement RESTful services and integrate with internal/external systems while ensuring reliability and performance.\nQuality, Stability & Support\nWrite unit and integration tests to ensure correctness, maintainability, and regression safety.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver sustainable fixes and improvements.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and reusable components.\nCollaboration & Execution\nWork in an agile setup, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and timely delivery of features.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and manage dependencies.\nTechnical requirements\nPrimary skills:Technology->Java->Springboot\nAdditional responsibilities\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Technology (BE/BTech) or Master’s degree (MTech/MCA/MSc) as applicable.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.\nStrong experience building applications using Spring Boot.\nPractical experience designing and delivering Microservices-based solutions.\nSolid understanding of API design, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with REST API design best practices, versioning, and backward compatibility strategies.\nExposure to service resilience patterns (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers) and observability practices (logs/metrics/traces).\nExperience with performance tuning and improving service latency and throughput.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices and working closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployments.\nProven ability to mentor peers, drive code quality, and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.\nGood to have skills:\nHibernate/JPA, Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka\nPreferred
